Fresh Hero 2.3.3 for your Sprint Hero
NOTE: Remember that Fresh Hero is considered a stable every day rom, and Fresh Toast is a dev rom that may have issues. Also (in case there is confusion) Fresh Hero is for the Hero and Fresh Evo for the Evo. But I think that’s self explanatory. 
Also FYI the phone may freeze on very first boot at the lockscreen, or it may get to the lockscreen and then reboot one more time. This should only happen on the very first boot after flashing the rom (if it happens at all).

Reminder: Fresh Rom = stable, HTC-based rom. Fresh Toast = dev/experimental rom that includes overclocking and all the fun goodies that come with a custom kernel. They are 2 separate roms.

Here is a zip file of all the stock apps that I removed for Fresh Rom 2.1. Be warned that this rom is large and there is almost no free space on the /system/ partition. This is not an update.zip.

First off let me remind everyone that this is a dev rom. Meaning it is a proof of concept type rom and is NOT going to be fully functional. This is built on the .27 kernel which means no camera and no light sensor (causing bottom lights to not come on). With that said…!
